[Generic name] Mesylate danofloxacin injection

[Main ingredient] Mesylate danofloxacin, sulfamethoxazole, indomethacin sodium, metronidazole, a unique synergistic factor.

[Shape and properties] Light yellow-green or yellow-green transparent liquid.

[Pharmacological actions] This product is of animal-specific third-generation fluoroquinolone, mainly inhibit the DNA gyrase which is of synthase of bacterial, which results in irreversible damage to chromosomes and a selective bactericidal effect on respiratory tract pathogens in livestock has excellent antibacterial activity, its sensitive bacteria include pasteurella haemolytica, pasteurella multocida, actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, mycoplasma, etc.

It is mainly used for infectious diseases of cow, pig, and poultry caused by sensitive bacteria and mycoplasma, such as pasteurella infection of cow, infectious pneumonia of pig, pasteurellosis, colibacillosis, mycoplasmosis snow of chicken and so on.

This product has a good absorption by intramuscular injection, it is widely distributed in body tissue, particularly in lung tissue it has a high drug concentration which amount to of up to 5-7 times of blood concentration.

[Indications] It is mainly used for classical swine fever, blue ear disease, circovirus disease, and other viral diseases as well as secondary infections.

[Usage and dosage] Intramuscular injection: for sheep and pig, 0.1-0.15ml/kg each dose; for cow and horse, 0.05-0.1ml/kg; for other animal, 0.1ml/kg. 1-2 dosage each day, add dosage when condition is severe.
